  • Lenses molded from UV resistant polycarbonate and are fused by ultrasonic welding processes to be airtight, waterproof, and tamperproof
  • Zinc plated housing meets ASTM B117 salt spray requirements
  • Vibration tested from 80 to 150 G;s at 400-500 impacts per minute for 3000 hours
  • All gearing surfaces molded from silicon impregnated nylon - unit never needs lubrication
