boot kits (also called Dust Boot Kits) are shipped assembled as shown here.
The plate fits over the mounting studs of the non-pressure housing and the
rubber boot fits over the pushrod. This aftermarket part is often specified
by customers concerned with extra dust and debris getting into the chamber.
