DI-PRO
offers both automatic and manual slack adjusters to fit a variety of truck
and trailer applications. The DI-PRO Automatic Slack Adjuster is based
on a clearance sensing principle design which is the standard choice
of most Original Equipment Manufacturers in North America. It is interchangeable
with the majority of automatic slacks adjusters currently in service
and in the appropriate configuration, can be used on all applications
with S-cam brakes.
- Various Slack Adjusters are available to fit a
wide range of trailer, truck, and transit applications.
- DI-PRO ASA’s can be wound back easily allowing
the brakes to be serviced and are well sealed against dirt and moisture.
- Correct functioning of our ASA’s is easy
to check and confirm when installed.
- All slack adjusters are supplied boxed as single
units with full fitting instructions included.
- Fixing brackets and lining wear indicators are
supplied and included as appropriate.
- Tested and certified to SAE J1462 as well as ABE
through TÜV.

- Various Slack Adjusters are available to fit a

- Coated for protection against rust, moisture and
various other contaminants.
- All slack adjuster are supplied boxed as single
units with full fitting instructions included.
- Tested and certified to SAE J1462 as well as ABE

Warranty
DI-PRO warrants the automatic slack adjusters to be free of faults arising
from either imperfect material or workmanship for the period and mileage
indicated in the following table:

* The warranty period runs from the date of manufacture, as indicated on
the cover plate (see illustration below).

Please note:
that the Automatic Slack Adjuster cannot compensate for other deficiencies
within the braking system. Therefore before returning a unit check...
...that it is installed correctly
...for loose wheel bearings
...for binding camshafts
...for worn/missing brake return springs
...for defective brake chambers
...for worn cam bushes and bearings

Conditions of Warranty
- Any claim must be made within the period of the warranty
- The failed unit must be returned to DI-PRO for full inspection.
- DI-PRO will replace the failed unit free of charge if the claim is found
to be valid.
- DI-PRO does not accept any liability for any consequential losses arising
from the failure of a unit, except in as much as it is proved that they
are guilty of gross negligence.
